For me this plugin stopped my pages created PRE project Gutengerg and updates after displaying the updates (those added since were fine, could be updated; those not needing updates were fine). For some reason if I made updates to pages they were saved an older cached version, even pages with no footnotes.
This no longer works on my current site now I’ve updated to 5.5. I thought that was it, I’d have to find something else but I need to update my theme. In a test site with the updated theme I’m pleased to find this DOES still work. I can manage without it briefly till I complete my updates.

In reply to: [Table Maker] how to allow editor access update safeThank you for posting the solution, I wanted to give editors access too but don’t know enough about WP and PHP to have worked this out.
Re updates: I agree it would be good to have it changed.
Not really the answer you want, but in case it helps, I have notes with plugins (using ‘Plugin Notes’ plugin), and with this and another change I have noted there what I may need to change again if / when applying an update.
I mostly use the notes to remind me what I am using a plugin for, when not obvious, so with important ones like this I make the background pink so they stand out!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Clone] Blank white pageSame problem, white screen if I use default method (tried twice) or zip file method.
In answer to ‘is it still supported?’ – well it was updated 3 days ago so it would appear so.
Except, when I try to learn more about, by going to the FAQ page that a link is provided to I find most links on that page are broken, and where there should be a video there’s just a grey box saying “This plugin is disable”. So mixed messages.I might have tried entering a value for script execution time, but with no help anywhere I don’t know what the syntax is.
Giving up, uninstalling and using another method.
I have an issue with category colour too, after upgrading from 1.10.9 to 1.10.11 earlier today.
The colours are used for the text in ‘month’ view, and in week, day and posterboard view, but are missing in the drop down list of categories at the top of the page; the coloured dots which show the category in the widget are also missing. And I can’t remember how / what but I’m sure there was some colour in Agenda view, that too has gone.

In reply to: [Reveal IDs] Categories IDs vanishedThank you for your reply.
Yes, I have looked and found the User Access Manager plugin, which appears to be no longer supported, is the cause of the problem. As an alternative, I found the “Create Items & Taxonomies” plugin very useful – I had 285 placemarks to create, each belonging to 3 categories and to include a shortcode (each one with different argument).
I can’t compare with building a WRX file as I’ve never built one, but as a novice at this (WordPress, php etc) it looked easier.
Thank you, installed and looks very useful
Now Googled / learnt enough to have worked it out. Thanks for reading.

In reply to: [Dynamic Widgets] [Plugin: Dynamic Widgets] Templates problemSorry, I should have checked that – no it doesn’t, so I guess the problem is with the plugin generating the menu (or my use of it)
thanks for your quick response,
