Unfortunately, I have not find a resolution to the problem. It still has the same problem. I have approached to the Strong Testimonials’ support team however have not heard feedback that is helpful to resolve the matter. In interim, I replaced the front end testimonial collection form with a Calderia Forms’ template. It works fine to collect the testimonial however it is not integrated to the back end hence it requires manual capturing of the testimonials again.

I will wait to hear from Strong Testimonial’s support team to respond until the weekend and in the case no solution is found I will have to test and purchase another plugin.

I am currently collecting the testimonials via Caldera forms in the front end that’s why you were able to submit it. This comes to me as an email and then I entered the testimonials manually from Strong Testimonials’ backend.
The problem still persists when I use strong testimonial form in the same setup.
Caldera forms submits the form via ajax with or without login. However when I replace the form shortcode in Popup maker to Strong Testimonial’s one, then the form does not submit for not loggedin users.
Ideally I would like to use Strong Testimonial’s form for collection of the testimonials as it is integrated with your front end view, hence makes the life much easier.
