Any clue on subdomains…?
I was able to get into **A** CPanel, but it’s for her OTHER domain that’s not having the issue …
Mind you, with the “whoishostingthis” … I put in the domain that’s having the issue, and that’s how I got where I am now… But her host account is only showing me info for her OTHER domain. And when I click on “subdomains” there’s nothing there.
Yeah, it looks like I need to do some gypsy rain magic in order to get to that folder. My client doesn’t recall their hosting…

My client gave me CPanels login information, but of course, that’s only helpful with the host URL

Guess there’s nothing I can do in the meantime. At least the front end is up … Just having the admin panel issue
I agree on the WP update. I’d have done that first, but was enough to get them to update to 3.5.2 … Their second site is up to date, but wanted to tackle one thing at a time on this one.
