I did put support requests in two weeks ago and one week ago on these issues to https://wpjobmanager.com/support/ but I have heard nothing.
There doesn’t seem to be any way to track progress on the support tickets, and I’ve had no email notifications. We paid to renew our subscription in order to get support, and so far we’re a bit disappointed. Is there anything we can do to ensure that we get support on these issues?

That Health check plugin sounds useful … we’re working on creating a staging version of the site, but that sounds like a good short cut – many thanks 🙂

In reply to: “Content Encoding Error” trying to view any customize theme pagewe looked at that, but currently in firefox that setting is set to ‘gzip, deflate’ so it didn’t seem to make much sense to set it to ‘true’. Just tried setting it to true, but it makes no difference … 🙁
