At the moment I don’t have time to play with this for you as I have a short project deadline to meet. Do you have any known plugin conflicts?

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] Export CSV – First two columns BlankYes. I downloaded Libre Office and the columns are empty when I view the files in that program.
I have taken two date restricted export samples. One from when the website was set up in 2016 and one from the most recent 6 weeks, in case there was something odd about the original set up (I wasn’t involved at the time so don’t know the history), but both are the same with the empty columns.
