That is not a known issue, as every WordPress website is unique it can be anything such as incompatibility with current WordPress Theme or simply an incompatibility with some other plugin, no matter what is the issue an integration/patch can be built for your case.
In order to investigate what is causing the problem we need a ticket in our system so that our technicians can look into it and communicate with you what was done or what was found to be the problem.

WPC does not enable PHP logging, if the logging is enabled in your PHP configuration then it’s showing that. We haven’t noticed that on other clients sites and we would like to look at your setup to fix the problem.
We have a new support system which is in Agency Portal in the top header.

Sorry Asif, when I submit an entry it does not show in wp admin entry plugin… The frontend works fine and without any errors.. I get notification email about the submission but then in entries html table it says no records found
