In reply to: [Pinnacle] Padding around imageHi there,
I’m glad you reached out, I’d be happy to help.
I see that you are using the Media and Text block for the section you are referring to.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/BluwkKvD#summary
This is a Core WordPress block. It doesn’t look like there is a setting to set a padding between the image and the text for mobile.
I would recommend recreating this section using Kadence blocks such the Row Layout block, Image Adv block, and Text Adv block.
These blocks will give you more control over how you would like to display the image and text on different screen sizes using the responsive controls.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/2NuOnqzm#summary
Regarding the Title 2. It sounds like you would like to have a subtitle for the title on your pages that displays below the Page Title. There is a built-in field for that. However, there is no separator or divider between the title and subtitle.
Please see this screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/9Zu1bd54#summary
Let us know how it works out, and we’re happy to offer further help.
Best regards,
Teejay.Hi Miguel,
Thanks for the update and sharing the solution.

In reply to: [Pinnacle] Mobile Hero UI OptionsHi plaidside,
I’m glad you reached out. I’d be happy to help.
From what I can see, you currently have the Portfolio Carousel and Latest Blog Posts widgets enabled under Appearance > Theme Options > Home Layout.
Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://share.zight.com/GGugGYLY
You can safely remove the Portfolio Carousel widget from that setting.
See video: https://share.zight.com/12uY2WEe#summaryRemoving the Portfolio Carousel from the homepage will not affect your existing Portfolio pages. Those pages and portfolio items will still remain accessible through your website links and navigation.
If you would like to display static thumbnails or custom content at the top of the page instead, I recommend using the Page Content widget.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/WnuvjOEN#summary
You can then create and manage that content by editing the page currently assigned as your homepage under Settings > Reading.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/z8ujezng#summary
Do you currently have the Kadence Blocks plugin enabled on your website? I highly recommend using Kadence Blocks to design the section with the 3 static thumbnails, as it gives you much more flexibility with layout, images, buttons, spacing, and responsive design settings.
Here’s an example showing how you can use different Kadence Blocks to build that section:
https://share.zight.com/OAuXA5bz#summaryWith Kadence Blocks, you can create a fully custom homepage section using rows, image blocks, advanced galleries, buttons, and text content while keeping everything easy to manage directly within the WordPress editor.
I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out for more help.
Best regards,
Teejay.Hi Miguel,
I tested this on a website running the latest version of WordPress 7, and I was unable to replicate the issue on my end.
For reference, here is a screen recording of my test:
https://share.zight.com/eDuOddNL#summaryAt the moment, this appears to be something specific to your website environment.
To help narrow this down further, I recommend performing a plugin conflict test. You can do this by temporarily deactivating all plugins except the required Kadence plugins, then checking if the issue still occurs. If the issue disappears, reactivate the plugins one at a time until the conflicting plugin is identified.
It would also be helpful to test using a default WordPress theme temporarily, such as Twenty Twenty-Six, to rule out a theme-related conflict.
If the issue persists, can you send us some screenshots, screen recordings, and additional descriptions that may help us see or replicate this issue?
You can try apps like https://zight.com/ to record your screen and easily share the links with us.
Let us know how it works out, and we’re happy to offer further help.
Best regards,
Teejay.Hi Deborah,
I’m glad you reached out, I’d be happy to help.
There isn’t anything in a page’s block structure, content, or editor context that could prevent Design Library section previews from rendering on one page but not another.
Please try clicking the Sync with Cloud icon on the page where the Design Library preview is not loading.

In reply to: [Virtue] Sidebar shows at bottom of pageHi @wnthne,
The Sample Page shown in my screencast is just a page on my test website. It does not need to exist on your website.
The Gutenberg Editor (also called the block editor) has been the default editor in WordPress since version 5.0. If your website is currently using the Classic Editor, this is likely due to a plugin that is enabling the Classic Editor on your site. The block editor is not from the Virtue Theme and it does not provide an option to switch back to the Classic Editor directly. To edit a page using the Classic Editor, you may need to select Edit in Classic Editor from the Pages list.
I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out for more help.

Teejay.Hi nyks-barton,
I’m glad you reached out, I’d be happy to help.
I tried to replicate this notice in my test website by:
- Enable WP_DEBUG/WP_DEBUG_LOG
- I have the latest version of the Kadence Blocks
- Change your Site Language to any other language other than English (e.g. Russian, French)
- You see a notice but it is referring to a different plugin. See Video: https://share.zight.com/2NuZBkDy
Which version of the Kadence Blocks do you have on your website?
Please let us know; we’ll be happy to help.

In reply to: [Kadence Blocks — Page Builder Toolkit for Gutenberg Editor] image fittingH Kirill1986i,
The Image Adv block doesn’t have an option for adjusting the height.
The height is mostly determined by the width and the image ratio. See Video: https://share.zight.com/WnuPN1wO
From what I understand, you’d like for the image to fill the entire column/section. You can do that by setting a background image for the Section block instead of using an Image Adv block.
Note: if you have a a multi column Row Layout block, you can enable the Inner Column Height 100% setting so that the column heights will equal the height of the highest column.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/OAuerwx4
I hope this helps. If I misunderstood what you’re trying to do or if what I have shown is still not working for you, please let us know, and we’ll be more than happy to help.

In reply to: [Virtue] Sidebar shows at bottom of pageHi Wnthne,
Hi, I’m glad you reached out, and I’d be happy to help.
I looked at this page and noticed that the HTML structure is different from the other pages on your website.
Here’s a screen recording for reference: https://share.zight.com/L1uZYOZp
Specifically, the sidebar element is outside the main div row, which is not how it appears on other pages.
Since this is happening on only one page, it suggests that some content on this page may be affecting the structure, moving the sidebar out of its intended position. I recommend reviewing the page content to identify anything unusual.
To test this, try temporarily removing all content from the page and adding just a simple text block. This will help determine if a specific element is causing the issue.
I also noticed that this page has a media player embedded, which could be a good place to start. Try removing the media player and check if the sidebar returns to its correct position.
Additionally, there is a way to disable the sidebar on specific pages. You can find this option in the page settings when editing the page.
Here’s a screen recording showing where to adjust this: https://share.zight.com/RBup09xg
Let me know what you find after testing these steps.
Best regards,
Teejay.Hi digitalgravestones,
I tried to check your cart page, but I encountered an error that says the page redirected too many times.
I also see that your website is currently using the Storefront theme.
On my test website, I am using the latest version of the Kadence Theme, Kadence Plugins, and WooCommerce, and I do not notice the same issue with the cart page. Here’s a screen recording for reference:
https://share.zight.com/geueWRBjYou also mentioned styling issues such as incorrect colors, text overflow, and flickering during page load. I wasn’t able to verify the color issue, since I don’t have a reference for what the expected colors should be or where exactly this is happening. If you could share more details or screenshots, that would help.
This type of issue is best handled through our official support channel, where we can take a closer look and provide more targeted assistance.
Submit a free support ticket here: Free Support Ticket or a premium support ticket here: Premium Support Ticket.
If possible, I recommend setting up a staging site and enabling the Kadence Theme there would help us investigate without affecting your live site.
We’ll wait for your response, we’ll be more than happy to investigate this issue.
Best regards,
Teejay.Hi meike297,
Just checking in to see if you still need assistance.
If all is good, I’ll go ahead and close this ticket. But if you still need help with anything, just reply to this message and we’ll be happy to continue assisting you.
Best regards,
Teejay.
Hi meike297,
You’re correct that Google reCAPTCHA can raise privacy concerns under the GDPR, especially in Germany, since it may transmit personal data like IP addresses to Google servers in the US. Some site owners prefer not to use it for this reason.
As an alternative, you might want to look into Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a privacy-first CAPTCHA solution that doesn’t rely on tracking or sending data to third parties. It’s generally considered more privacy-compliant and may be a good option if you’re looking to add another layer of spam protection without compromising on data privacy.
The Turnstile Captcha option is available on the Kadence Form Adv block. See Video: https://share.zight.com/E0uvWBrR
That said, it’s important to keep in mind that no spam protection method is 100% foolproof. Both Honeypot and CAPTCHAs are helpful, but some spam bots can still bypass them.
To further reduce spam, here are a few additional options you can consider:
- Use a dedicated anti-spam plugin like Akismet or Antispam Bee, which are specifically designed to filter out spam messages.
- Limit form submissions by blocking known spam IP addresses or using a firewall plugin like Wordfence or CleanTalk.
- Check your server-level tools – Some hosting providers include server-side spam protection or offer security features that you can enable directly from your hosting control panel. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to check if these options are available and how you can activate them.
I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out for more help.

In reply to: [Kadence] Contact Form Isn’t Sending Emails to GmailHi Kate,
Since you are getting a “Submission Success, Thanks for getting in touch!” message, the issue is most likely with the SMTP server.
Please test if you’re receiving the default WordPress emails such as user password reset. If not, check with your hosting provider as well to see if the emails are being sent. If you’re sending via SMTP, make sure you have the SMTP credentials set up in a plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/.

Teejay.Hi kozmonauta,
Just a heads up, the Portfolio Grid/Carousel block is a premium-only product, and forum rules prevent us from answering questions about premium-only content here. If you have any further questions, you can go here: https://www.kadencewp.com/premium-support-tickets
I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved.
