Yes, absolutely. That would be awesome!
Oh yes, I understand that. I don’t want to show the interest group checkbox. I want the general “subscribe to the mailing list” checkbox to show up on the comment form even if that person is already subscribed. Is that possible?
In my case it was a matter of some code in a form in one of my blog posts, which was throwing off the layout of the page.
Never mind, I solved it.
Still waiting for any response on this…

It’s the Primary Sidebar and Secondary Sidebar which are supposed to show on my blog page.
I activated the Twenty Fourteen for a minute and while the sidebar showed up on the blog page, the same sidebar also showed up on the front page (my blog is on a static page).
