In reply to: [Site Reviews] automatic responseWhat I want to do is, once a review has been sent and approved I want to add a text like this automatically to the review (a response from me)
Thanks for submitting a review of our services, reviews help others who are looking for an honest, reliable appliance repair company.
Also I have set a slider in my theme, you can view it on the reviews page, is there a way to align the items in the reviews?
Thanks

Thanks

In reply to: [Site Reviews] date the same on all reviewsI did not use the csv import, I used the wordpress import when I originally imported the reviews.

Hi. I have excluded the Forminator Pro plugin from WP Rocket’s Delay JavaScript feature. But still no change, I have just updated formnator to the latest version but still the same.
Hi. I have tried disabling it and I have deactivated all plugins but it still does it. I am baffled
Sorry typo above should have said Method is set to Ajax
Methos is set to Ajax and rendering is set to load form using Ajax
When I try that method I just keep getting this error message The import file does not look like a valid CSV file (detected: text/csv). If this is incorrect, make sure that your server is configured to detect mime types.
I used the wordpress export tool to export out and to import in. It all worked ok on my old website I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the new theme that the new website is built with.
Ok. I have now uploaded the new website https://cookerrepairman.com/ as you can see on the reviews page the reviewers names are not shown.
I am currently revamping my website on a local host, the website that was live had all my reviews showing the reviewers names. I just exported the settings from the live site to my new site.
