@mfierro I contacted Siteground and they said that the server was recently migrated which resulted in a new IP address. Redirects were being used but apparently they were confusing WordFence. All that I had to do was to change the IP address in the DNS setting with Godaddy (where the domain is registered) to the new IP address and that took care of it.

In reply to: [Studio] Image formatting issueI was originally planning on not upgrading but then I just noticed the issue with the image formatting as I mentioned in my original message. Would you have any idea as to how we could resolve the mis-alignment and text-wrapping issues with out updating it? Would not updating cause any security issues?

The only difference is that I just upgraded the theme on the staging site about 3 hours ago. Is it possible that the version of the theme on the main site is just so old that it previously had the additional lines? Do you have any recommendations as to how we could resolve the issues?

Thank you for your response. The link on the theme details page directed me to this page. The new version is listed as 2.3 and the logo matches. Everything that I am seeing indicates that this is the Studio theme. I don’t mean to question what you are saying but are you sure that it’s not Studio?
