It’s been about a week and the site has maintained its connection to Constant Contact ever since I enabled the cron job. I consider this resolved. Might want to add it to your knowledge base re: sites hosted by Pantheon. Thanks again!

I tested out cron-job.org and it doesn’t like large responses (like the ones you get when you hit a “normal” webpage). Each run would fail with the result “response too large” and then after a certain number of failures it automatically disables the cron.
However, I noticed you can configure a cron response as success if you receive a 3XX redirect response.
So, I setup a cron to hit a URL we have explicitly setup as a redirect. The cron runs successfully and logs the 301. I configured it to run every 3 hours which should be more than enough to keep our site “alive” without spinning down due to idle. The redirect is controlled within WordPress (not on the app server level or anything) so I’m hoping this will work.
I’ve reconnected the Constant Contact WordPress plugin and will report back after a couple of days to see if we’re still connected.

This is not resolved. I just lost 7 orders because of this. All of my plugins are updated and I am using WooSquare 3.6.2. Disconnecting and reconnecting my Square account in WooSquare fixed the issue, but there is no reason I should need to do this.
I cannot download the updated plugin from the link above, and the WooSquare plugin does not have any updates over the past 3 months.
Please let me know how to acquire a new version of the plugin so this does not happen again in the future. Error message received is below:
