In reply to: [OceanWP] Vertical Header Above ContentHi ,
I was just about to send you some screenshots but upon logging in I checked and the issue has resolved!
Not sure what had happened but I had updated one plugin (caching) in the meantime, and just by logging out and logging back in again I am not experiencing the issue anymore.
Thanks for your response anyway and keep up the great work!
Regards.

In reply to: [Emails & Newsletters with Jackmail] WPForms or Elementor IntegrationWell, I really don’t know why you have this problem. Our widget is meant to be working on a traditionnal sidebar or footer. Maybe the way Elementor is trying to display it in a content is not the “normal way.
Yeah, it did not make sense to me either.
It might be a good idea to ask about it to Elementor too.
Ok, will do.
Please note we also have a community forum here: community.jackmail.com
I’ll check it out!
Anyway, I look forward to the reintegration with WPForms as that will solve the problem. Also hopefully you will add the ability to insert the forms using shortcodes too as that’s another solution.
Thanks again for your help.

In reply to: [Emails & Newsletters with Jackmail] WPForms or Elementor IntegrationHi,
We have to re-integrate WPForms since it’s not working anymore. Hope to do it soon because we have a lot of things to fix/develop before.
That’s completely understandable. Its good to know that you will work on reintegrating them so I will be waiting patiently.
For the Elementor issue, did you use a widget area?
I simply dragged the Jackmail widget in Elementor to the desired place in a custom build footer which I inserted in my theme’s Footer widget area. It displays correctly however as I mentioned I get the error code as above.
Its strange as Elementor just pulls the WordPress widgets and inserts them, plus your widget already works in my sidebar no probs.
Regards.

My thoughts exactly. Thanks for your input.
Best regards.
Yes, I had cleared all those to no avail.
Managed to find the culprit, Elementor 1.8.2 now conflicts with the plugin WP content copy protect even with the update to 1.8.3.
Was the first thing I tried.
And tried multiple times with no change.
Sorry I looked through Knowledge Base prior to posting but realised that I didn’t look at Git Hub.
Just found the function for that, thanks for creating it!
For anyone looking for the same functionality, you can find it here.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Header and Nav Menu BackgroundHi Tom,
Yes of course.
In case you wonder about the huge blank space above the fold: Strangely, I have a smart-slider on the homepage and that is the reason for the transparent header, however it does not seem to be appearing on viewing the site.
I am still investigating why this may be.
Essentially what Im trying to achieve is that the header/nav menu stays transparent over the slider on the homepage then on scroll down the background transparency disappears. On all other pages and posts (apart from homepage), I would like the header/nav menu NOT to be transparent at all.
If you can help me achieve this with some CSS would be very grateful.
Many thanks in advance.

Brilliant.
Just updated and problem resolved. Thanks for the patch.
Hi Thomas,
Any updates on this issue?
Not sure if the last 3.10 update was meant to resolve this, but the only change I have experienced since the update is that the notifications page on the student dashboard fails to load now, rather than showing the above mentioned error message.
Thanks.
No worries Thomas.
Look forward to a resolution for this.
It did not occur to me that I was being helpful in revealing issues with LLMS but would be more than happy to test future major releases for you, as I’m a big fan of LLMS so far!
Thanks.
Problem solved with the update to 3.9.2.
Thanks for your help guys!
Update:
Despite updating to the LLMS v. 3.9.1, I still get the same error message on the notifications tab.
I did notice that you added a fix for notifications for lessons that do not exist but this does not seem to fix the issue.
I have attempted all the troubleshooting I can think of at this point with no avail so any help will be much appreciated! Thanks
