I think the spam is still there but I don’t see it. I submitted new site maps and fetched again a few days ago and now it says even more links are hacked in google search. I clicked fetch and render in Google webmasters and the render images has the spam there. I will email you a screen shot.

I ran a scan through sucuri and it doesn’t say anything and nothing shows up on my site. But now in Google search some of my links still say hacked and my homepage has a translate this page in the google search results. When I click to translate I see the old spam message there. Google: siteincept and click translate and you will see what I was seeing before. btw I deactivated and deleted the plugin.

Will do thank you, the virus has not come back which is making me think it might have been the cache plugin? If I reactivate the cache plugin will it bring the spam back if that is whats causing it.

I also used sucuri to run a scan and it says it has detected the known malware MW:SPAM:SEO. However like I said above, if I update the pages the spam is on, it will go away temporarily and sucuri will say the site is clean til the malware reappears.
