I’ve updated to wordpress 5.4 and it’s still an issue. I did not want to deactive the classic editor plugin because we still need to edit older posts with that plugin. Besides, the only issue with what I am experiencing is the HowTo block. Once added, it is the only block I cannot edit. All other blocks remain editable.
