In reply to: [Live Rates for ShipStation] Shipping options per productHi Alex, so the issue we have is some of our products contain batteries. These products have to be shipped via a ground service.
What we’d ideally want is if the products in the cart contains a product with a battery the only methods shown would be the ground options.
So ground options would always be the priority and always shown but based on the product in cart air options may also be shown. this is what we are trying to achieve?
any ideas?

There is an address added in woocommerce/general, and we do have the live rates set up.
In the checkout it is saying no shipping options are available.
This was set up around 7 hours ago.
Is it possible to send the link over privately, I can pay for the support if needed.

they all show code 200. I think i’ve sorted it, i cleared the api cache, will do some more testing. Thanks for a very useful plugin

also i did not create a seach form, its creating its own box with a number in it.

the box in the image with a number in and the number above it are created by cleantalk, if i deactivate the plugin they disappear.

All transients cleared, database upgraded again, product lookup tables regenerated.
I’ve copied the site and removed everything, the issue can be seen here:
(I’ve deleted all plugins apart from woocommerce, and am using the Twenty Nineteen unmodified theme.)This has been tested on 2 separate hosting accounts and the issue is the same.

if you select colour “Chocolate-Brown”
size 0 – the price is 28.99 and the SKU is 16IDC-CS-0
size 1 – the price is 31.99 and the SKU is 16IDC-CS-1
size 2,3 and 4 all go back to the size 0 price and stock code.if you try to add size 2 to the basket the error appears. in the back end the sku and price are correct for all variations.
I cannot delete this product as it is mirrored on ebay and has a decent ranking so i will lose the ranking, plus there are around 140 variations so will take ages to enter it in again.
Not sure what other products are affected as well.
Any help appreciated.

Sorry I was sure i replied to this, no nothing else seems to change if them lines are commented out. just ideally wanted a way to do it without having to change theme files 🙂Hi Andy
Yes I’ve seen them 3 entries that are causing the problem, and if i do remove them the problem fixes itself, tried it in inspect element and it worked but is there a way the plugin could overwrite them with its own css selector to take priority with a !important or something like that, if that makes sense?

I tried adding the updates from the gist on localhost and it did not make a difference, but im not sure if i did it correctly because i didnt see any changes.if it makes things easier I’ve created a login to the site called andy with the password andy, its set as subscriber but if you login and change the password i can then change the role to admin. If that helps (thinking it may make it easier as you can see everything that way).
