The email from SureFeedback states my ticket number is 1248019. And I can see this ticket when I login to help.brainstormforce.com.
Anyways, I have submitted another ticket. Hopefully, you guys will see the ticket this time around! The new ticket number is 1252302.

In reply to: [SureFeedback Client Site] Excellent plugin and great supportNot sure why, but my experience is totally opposite. ProjectHuddle by Andre Gagnon was great, and he provided great support. Now, with “SureFeedback”, there’s no support at all. I haven’t gotten a reply in days. I have tried reaching out via their website, via BSF’s website (their parent company), and via WP support.
Just now, I got a reply on WP support saying they didn’t see my ticket and are asking to submit again. Incredible. It’s funny how one guy (Andre) provided so much good support, and a pretty big company like BSF can’t provide support at all.

Update: Still nagging me to leave a 5-star review, haha.
I have used WPForms for YEARS, but had always ignored the nagging banner, asking me to give a 5-star rating. But enough is enough. Please grow up! You guys are established company, owned by established company, and run by some of the most experienced people. Please stop nagging users about leaving a review. This is not how it works.

Anyway, I have made my point. Which is that the support team should NOT suggest direct editing of the files under ANY circumstances whatsoever.

Is it the right way to provide support? Certainly not. The right way is to tell them the right hook that they can use in the child themes for the customization.
The job of the support team should be to guide the customers to the right hook rather than suggesting direct edits!

Yes, I am using the mentioned API from Printful.
And I have tried switching to default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and disabling all the plugins (except WooCommerce and Printful) but still the problem persists.
Can you please help me? 🙂
