In reply to: [Neve] Category Title and Description now showing on pageHello,
Thank you for the reply.
I saw the previous topic on this but I assumed this was a fix only for the products in Woocommerce and not cetegories in general. However this did not fix the issue and I think you are wrong on Title and Description being a part of Pro version only – maybe for Woocommerce products it is true, but I was reffering to default Categories Description and Title for the categories page.
I made a fresh install on a new subdomain and installed only the theme free version and child theme as I was suspecting something was causing this problematic behaviour. On the free version by default Title and Description appears, so it seems something was broken on my initial setup when I created the topic.
Thank you again for the support and feedback I think you can mark this as resolved.

In reply to: [Neve] Child Theme not detectedIt seems issue was a conflict with an optimization plugin, so you can close this thread. Thank you.

Yes I will do that right now 🙂
I think after a ton of testing the culprit was : Webfontloader.min.js coming from Litespeed which was triggered when trying to use the option: Load Google Fonts Asynchronously. Why the error vanished when removing your plaugin I have no idea tbh otherwise I would have created the ticket for litespeed plugin.
I also think that some other setting is causing this as well, because I tested with Load Google Fonts Asynchronously off and still got the error, my best guess is that services related to their API with QUIC.cloud have some issue with this, but as long as things work for now and speeds are good I am ok 🙂
Again thank you for your efforts really amazing work 🙂
Hello,
Its on a dev server with internal access only for now so no way to share 🙁
Everything works perfectly I tested on a new install and the issue is not present, but might be related to the Litespeed caching we are configuring or some other conflict I am missing, but no matter what I try I get this error even if I do not select google font in Customizer. Tried to stop Litespeed, but error was still there.
I suspect something breaks at some point and I am sure its somethings really stupid 😀 I am still troubleshooting this to see if I can get a resolution was hoping you have had similar issues to give me a pointer where to look 🙂
Removing the plugin and installing it again fixed the problem, seems some files got corrupted.
Removing the static domain removed the problem and everything works perfect.
Yes thank you! You have validated my suspicions, I will dig more into this one I have a clue now where to troubleshoot.
The images are served from a subdomain indeed, the strange part is that an exact mirror of the site locally still points to the static domain for the pictures, but the plugin works with no issues.
However the solution is to remove the forwarding and update the database path of all images to point to the main domain. I will try to find a workaround and will post if I do, if not at least we know now this setup does not agree completely with the plugin.
Thank you very much for the time and help on the matter.
Yes sorry I will enable them for now totally spaced out on that one 🙂

In reply to: [Lightbox with PhotoSwipe] Direct FullscreenIs there a way I can test this with modifying the code directly? I have a client who really wants this option, idea is to behave similar as to how this plugins starts the gallery: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/fullscreen-galleria/ directly in full screen mode – still experimental feature, but seems to work. I am pretty sure the same can be achieved on this plugins as well, I really like your plugin its amazing have been using it on countless projects, thank you for the great work, I hope you can help us out with this option or at least to consider it for future updates.
Hello,
Thank you very much for the reply, indeed on the e-mail you are correct this was part of the problem and after checking with my hosting there was also some complication on their end, this should be resolved now.
Regarding the database, it was an issue due to theme updates, we disabled registration with wp-login.php in the functions.php file [for anyone interested in the solution click here], but after an update that restriction got scrapped and users could register from the login form, from there we got the accounts with missing fields that were mandatory in the registration form.
Thank you, should be all good now.
Hi,
I will make a ticket, I have an idea what might be causing this one if it is not that I will get in contact.
Again great plugin!
Thank you.

Yesss thank you for this. I have been reporting and complaining about their Horrible support for months now.
Exactly the same things they said to me as well. They do not do any code testing, there is no QA in place, they launch codes and simply destroy the plugin with each update, they release fixes, but brake other things.
Bugs are not being fixed unless you report them on the community page and get enough votes, if there are not enough votes BUGs will simply stay in the code. They literally ask you to have paid support, just so you can report bugs and issues which will never get fixed. For 2 years I have seen close to no improvement, but rather degradation in the services even more.
