Hi Ashutosh,
Thanks for reaching out and for testing BerqWP.
The “Cache Content Types” options you see in the Cache Management tab are meant to let users choose which post types and their archive pages they want to include in cache management. However when it comes to Author Archive pages, optimization is always enabled by default across all plans.
The only difference is that Author Archives are not part of the automatic cache warmup. This means they won’t be pre cached in the background like posts, pages or other post types. Instead, they are optimized and cached on demand whenever they receive visits, ensuring they still benefit from BerqWP’s speed optimizations without requiring manual setup.
I hope this clears things up. Let us know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
HamzaHey there
Pages are selected automatically by the plugin, but the homepage is always included.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers,

Hey there,
You can flush a page cache using a method from the berqCache class:
$page_path = bwp_url_into_path($page_url);
berqCache::delete_page_cache_files($page_path);With this simple code, you can flush the cache for any page. Just note that our plugin slug is “searchpro”.

I checked your website again and I can see that hosting cache is enabled. You’ll need to clear the hosting cache as well whenever you update a page. If you’re not familiar with this, you can create a support ticket and provide your WordPress login details and I’ll assist you further.
Hey Julio,
I just checked your website and I can see that the ads are showing up, so everything appears to be working fine. Regarding the cached content percentage, it should already be at 100%. Please note that BerqWP caches 5 pages per minute in the background, so the cached content percentage increases based on the total number of pages.
Cheers,
HamzaThank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with the cache not working and the difficulty reaching our support team.
The issue you’re experiencing is often related to hosting providers’ firewalls blocking requests from the BerqWP server. To resolve this, please whitelist our server IP: 137.184.121.65 on your hosting provider’s firewall settings. This should help in resolving the cache detection problem.
We’ve also recently made improvements to our support system. If you need any further assistance or if this solution doesn’t resolve your issue, please don’t hesitate to email us directly at [email protected]. We’re here to help and want to ensure your experience with BerqWP is positive.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Best regards,
