In reply to: [Decimal Product Quantity for WooCommerce] Bug in product quantity?I’ve been having this same issue for a while as well. Interestingly, the email invoice that gets sent to the customer has the correct quantities, but the order email we receive and the order in the dashboard appears incorrect.
So at least as a workaround, you can check your sent mail and see what the customer received in their order confirmation.
I’ve been struggling to recreate so I will try those steps and see if that recreates the issue on our site.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that since we rolled back to the stable version of 13.41.2 we have not had this issue. So the issue appears to be caused by the plugin changes starting around 3-4 months ago. It only occurred occasionally, maybe 10-20% of orders. Some screenshots of the issue are here, though I was not able to recreate myself so I am not sure what causes it.

If you have ideas, or know the cause and if it’s been fixed, please let me know. For reference, we are using the Astra plugin.

Hi, I’m sorry I thought I had responded earlier, but yes this option with the Astra theme worked, which is great!
Console -> Apperance -> Customize -> Woocommerce -> Misc -> “Enable Quantity Plus and Minus” = set disable.
Save Settings.I’ve tried a few other plugins and am having the same issue. If you think it’s possible to make your plugin compatible, please let me know, I am willing to pay a commission to get this working. Thanks.
Yeah they basically just said it’s incompatible and try a different plugin. I’ve already tried a couple, but I liked yours as it’s quite simple, so if you do make it compatible would be great. Thank you for your time.
Sorry for the delay, yes you’re right that it’s working fine with the Storefront theme. I will contact the theme creators about this issue.
Actually, it seems that as soon as you manually pick a variation, the problem no longer occurs. If you leave it on the default variant is when there is a problem.
