We have activated “German” in the basic settings of WordPress
and only some terms are translated correctly in the settings of the plugin.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] No check between postal code and cityHello,
Thanks for your reply, but when we create this shipping label in WooCommerce, no warning or notice is displayed! Only in the DHL business customer portal we can see, this shipping label is not codeable. However, this is then too late!
This does not fit together. The goal would be to signal this error or warning already in WooCommerce.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Send Customer Email from DHLHi Shadi,
I’ve tested it and the setting works correctly now. 🙂
Were you able to find out whether we can specify which email template we want to use when creating a shipping label with the plugin? (See my last comment) We can create various mail templates in the DHL business customer portal, which we can select manually when we creating a shipping label in the DHL business customer portal. The standard mail template from DHL is always selected for the shipping labels with are created with the plugin.
Thanks for your anwser.
Best regards

In reply to: [PayPal Plus for WooCommerce] PayPal Express und abweichende LieferadresseHallo Andreas,

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Send Customer Email from DHLNo, the custom text for the template for the DHL package announcement are saved in DHL business customer portal. If we create a new label in the DHL business customer portal we can choose this template “custom shipping confirmation” for the information email. I had made a screen what I mean.

If we create a label with the plugin and the user would like to get a DHL package announcement, it will be standard use the “DHL Standard Versandbestätigung”. I don’t know if there is an option in the DHL business customer portal to make our template the default, but we think that it could be possible to sent the name of this template with the plugin.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Send Customer Email from DHLHello Shadi,
that’s great to hear. We have one more point on this subject. If we create a shipping label in the DHL business customer portal and activate the email notification for the customer, we can, for example, select our own stored text for the email here. The default text from DHL is always used for the shipping labels which are created with the plugin. It would be nice if we could enter or select the name of our own text template for the email notification in the settings of the plugin and this information will be transferred when the shipping label is created?
Best regards

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Send Customer Email from DHLHello,
I understood the answer, but that is not correct. Because the following content is included in the tooltip. (Translation from German into English)
“Please choose whether the DHL package announcement should be sent to your customers. With the “Confirmation in the checkout” the customer will agree to the package announcement by means of a checkbox in the checkout, with “Confirmation in the terms and conditions” the approval of the package announcement is obtained by means of a reference in your terms and conditions.”
According to the description of this option, it is only about the parcel notification from DHL, not whether the customer’s email address should be sent to DHL or not. The “Confirmation at checkout” option means that the customer has the choice of saying “Yes” or “No” whether they would like the parcel notification from DHL. The option “Confirmation in the General Terms and Conditions” means that we as the shop operator will automatically say “Yes”, that the customer will receive the notification from DHL. Since this is stored in our terms and conditions. It also makes no sense to write in the terms and conditions, we will send your email address to DHL and there will be no package announcement. This would make the choice pointless.
In your answer you are mixing up two different things. Because if the customer does not select a parcel notification in the checkout, the email address will still be sent to DHL, for example.
We would therefore ask you to correct the error accordingly. I am happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Best regards
