Regarding folder visibility in the free version, it’s actually available in the Lite version. However, if you don’t see the folders, it might be because you’re adding images through a page builder — in that case, folder visibility is indeed only available in the Pro version. Thanks for your patient.- Can you share multiple folders (e.g. folder A and folder B)?
-> Not directly. However, there are some workarounds:
- Move both folders
AandBinto a common parent folder, such as: - Then set
/wp-content/uploads/shared/as the root folder for that user or role. - This way, the user can see both folders inside the shared directory.
2. About the “Enter the paths of the folders or files you want to hide” setting:
-> This option is meant for hiding specific folders or files within the defined root folder. It doesn’t allow you to add access to multiple unrelated folders (like/Aand/Bseparately if they are in different paths).
If you forget to hide a folder, and it’s inside the user’s root directory, they may be able to access it. So be careful with folder structure and permissions.
3. Is it possible to insert only the folders to be displayed to a specific user role?
-> No, we do not support it
