In my case, if I activate the plugin then WP 3.5 stops generating the registered image sizes for the newly uploaded images.

There must be problems with this option: the plugin works fine, but if I enable “pretty” URL” then I get a completely blank page!

WP 3.4.1
WP Minify 1.2.0
