In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Having Issues w/ Divi 5.4Hi klynam,
Sorry to hear Popups for Divi didn’t work out for you. I can definitely understand how frustrating it is when you’re trying to get something done quickly for a client and run into unexpected issues.
Regarding the scrollbar issue, that’s not something we’ve had reported before to my knowledge, so I’d genuinely love to investigate it further. It may be related to a browser, screen resolution, or a plugin conflict, but either way I’d be happy to help troubleshoot it with you.
As for triggering a popup on page load, the free version of Popups for Divi focuses primarily on click triggers and exit-intent triggers, which are the features currently advertised in the plugin description. That said, we do provide a simple snippet for enabling page-load popups here:
https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/can-i-display-a-popup-instantly-when-a-page-is-loaded/I completely respect that the plugin may not have been the right fit for your particular use case, but based on the issues mentioned, it sounds like there may have been some misunderstandings and/or a technical issue at play rather than the plugin being fundamentally broken.
If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to personally help investigate the scrollbar behavior. And if we’re able to clear things up, I’d certainly appreciate you reconsidering or updating the review.
Thanks for giving Popups for Divi a try.
Thanks,
Tim

In reply to: [Exclusive Addons for Elementor] FlipBox show back of card on mobileHi there, apologies for the delay. Unfortunately we don’t have that option (yet). You could use just a card widget for mobile, and hide the flipcard (and do the opposite for Desktop).
Let us know if you need more help!

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Popup performance issues on large screen (27″)Hi there,
We haven’t had this reported by anyone else. When we test the demos on our own large monitors, we don’t experience what you’re referring to.
Does the issue happen for you on our demos here? https://divimode.com/divi-popup/#demos

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Pops up randomly on scroll instead on clickHi Becca,
It appears that exit intent is enabled from within the Popup tab. Can you see if it is, and turn it off?

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] dont workHi Jorge,
The only explanation is that there’s something blocking the plugin from working correctly. That’s typically another plugin, but it could also be server environment, theme modifications, etc.
When you deactivated all other plugins, did you make sure to clear all caches (including browser cache) before testing?

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] dont workHi Jorge,
Can you try removing the CSS ID and Class from the button, and only keep the #pop in the URL link field? Let us know if that makes a difference.

In reply to: [Popups for Divi] Divi popup is opening automaticallyHi there, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like you have the “Enable Exit Intent” option enabled. The menu doesn’t seem to open automatically unless the mouse leaves the viewport (which is how exit intent is designed). If you disable that option, it should only open on click. If for some reason you don’t have that option enabled but it’s still happening, then please let us know and re-open this ticket. Thank you!
Hi there,
We aren’t able to see the issue on our end. Can you try looking at your site in a “private” or “Incognito” browsing session in Microsoft Edge? Let us know what you find. Thanks!
