I didn’t resolved yet. The page you see is coming out instead of “not found” page. Maybe I have a problem with my theme.

When copy this link into the browser the url get converted into thai text and I get not found page.

Sorry, I was not very clear with my question.
In the Dashboard > Appearance > Menu, every item I add to the menú should give me the option to choose the language for it. I do not see this option.
