bottom line the plugin dont work on many levels as I have found out….I have given up believing this could be fixed way back in May.
I will change the review once it’s fixed and as of 6/11/2021 its still not fixed from way back on 5/29/2021. I noticed a post dated over 2 months ago someone was having issues with global Queue and one of the replys was this.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
For the first query: Currently, we are facing some issues with the global queue settings. Our Dev Team is working for fixing this issue. Once this issue fixed we will inform you. In the meantime, use Timing options instead of Global Queue.That was 2 months ago!! This issue should be fixed by now, and as for the email i screenshot it and sent it to you…i did send an email asking for an update.

you list 7 things in email templates one of them is:
Email Background Color: Here merchants can change the background color of the email template.
YOU ONLY HAVE 6 SETTINGS ON THE PAGE FOR THE PERSON TO ADJUST, PLEASE FIX THIS AS THE CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASES THE PLUGIN WILL THINK THEY CAN ADJUST THAT IN THE EMAIL TEMPLATE AREA AND THEY CANNOT AS I HAVE FOUND OUT TODAY.`Good day, I would like to continue this Question as when i added [mwb_check_your_gift_card_balance] it showed on my page the information to
add in recipients email which i did and the coupon code.When I clicked on the button to check balance it did not take me anywhere?

What can i do now and thank you! I just switched hosting companies….but i believe there are still must use and drop in plugins from my previous hosting company listed. Could this be a conflict as well? If not isn’t there an easy fix for this becuase it’s only affecting one product line of mine and all the rest are looking great where the images are concerned.

I have a maybe related question or unrelated? I use my child theme all the time for making this website. Is the parent theme and child theme supposed to look the exact same way when i activate each and the same version Number?

I switched to the Storefront Theme and as I made changes to the products per row and rows per page and all the products are working fine. Next step I guess I am supposed to deactivate all my plugins? Could jetpack be doing this?
