I tested to see if other plugins might be causing the issue, I removed them all except for Rencontre, and again as the test user tried to fill out 1/4-4/4. And again after completing 4/4 the same problem occurred where no data was actually saved and was redirected to start over.
Any other ideas?

It doesn’t matter which role I set the user to. I have other plugins, the only one activated that is related to users is ‘BAW Login/Logout menu’. Let me double check if other plugins is the issue, I should know in a few hours..
If other plugins aren’t the problem, since you’re not able to reproduce the issue, if there’s a secure way to send you the login credentials, I’d be willing to send them to you.
