To clarify, the problem was already reported when you changed your plans and released version 4, and since I was outside the 14-day period, I was hoping for a refund as a gesture of goodwill. If you truly understood my frustration, I wouldn’t have to write here again! Unfortunately, it sounds like a standard response.

The background to this is that the system had just been divided into many individual plugins. This is not really user-friendly and never has been. There was also a lot of criticism. Even though you made the changeover free of charge for existing customers, deactivating Google Fonts did not work.

After I had pointed out and reported the problem several times and was granted access to the affected page, nothing happened. The fact was that Google fonts were loaded at that time, and if you disabled them via the settings, the homepage generated a “white screen of death.” All of this was communicated. But nothing happened.

The reason I think that a refund could still be paid despite this long period of time is that I had the unlimited license and this plugin was installed in exactly one WP instance.

Hence my repeated requests for a refund, even if only as a gesture of goodwill and without acknowledgment of any legal obligation. In the meantime, I had even offered to accept a pro-rata refund. Again, there was no response.Just as there was no answer to the problem.

I also wrote to you regarding the newsletters I no longer wanted, always accompanied by a renewed request for a goodwill refund. Again, no response.

The quality of your support is evident from the fact that it takes over a week to respond to an inquiry. Unfortunately, it seems as if your company doesn’t care about its customers once they have paid.

Nevertheless, I hope you can help me. Please contact me or send me an email address where I can contact you about this matter. I would like to finally resolve this issue after such a long time.

    regards thomas

    Hi.

Unfortunately, the problem has not yet been solved and the support, despite the Pro version, is very, very slow.

    Hi @support.

    No Idea?

I have the same “problem” and would like to switch from Slider Revolution. But if I can’t adapt the fonts to the CI of the homepage, then switching wouldn’t make much sense.

To clarify, I would like to use the locally uploaded fonts in Depicter. These are currently in the WP upload directory

    Thx for answer Tom

Hi. i found an option to use smooth scrolling. the only thing that i now needs is the colored background for the navigation, that jumps from menulink to menulink by scrolling through the page and pass a anchor.

thx for a tipp and i nice weekend tom

    Hi @gdandrija

Thank you for the quick reply, unfortunately the note e-mail ended up in the spam filter, so that I only saw it today. 🙂

Currently I have only numbered the anchor points in the desktop menu # 1, # 2, etc.

I did the same for the anchor points on the right side.

    the site is called http://www.risiken.eu

and i would like it so that when you click through the navigation on the left, you scroll to the corresponding anchor point on the right.

ideally, the corresponding link in the menu on the right is then always highlighted in color.

I hope that the mobile menu can also handle these anchor points, as there are around 20 pieces.

thank you for your help and VG Tom

    sorry for the addition question.

i install the plugin and it found the original theme translation in theme/observair/lang/

at the the setup i have only this two choices:

    – themes/observair/option-tree/languages
    – languages/themes/

i i setup the new language it have no effect and if i try to change the original po file it writes the translation in the same part where the orog. language of the theme is and so this have also no effect.

    what do ir wrong?

okay, other question is if the theme layout makes problems with the plugin and i uninstall the plugin, leave the changes in the code or use the plugin something like a backup of the original files?

    1. okay

    2. if i can check if their are changing with use the sycn option, this is okay. i i understand it right it’s so that if the theme have changed strings it will be displayed. what happend with older (not used strings) after an theme update will this displayed with a error message?

    hello…

    first. great job!

but i have the same problem… i install the new version and can’t setup anything… i import it via the example shortcode… but i think you have normally a setup option in the left navigation in the admin area… is it right?
