I have fixed the error by deactivating the Jetpack plugin, and clearing the browser cache.
I installed woocoomerce payments again, then it works correctly and I was able to complete setup.

I have a question, at the current time I’m using the 2 plugins at the same time on my website and I’m not facing any issues with that. What if I continue using the 2 plugins after 1 march? Is there will be any problems?
