Here’s a quick guide on using the TrackFree plugin.
Locating the TrackFree Plugin:
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- In the left side panel, find the “TrackFree” plugin. Click on it to access the plugin settings.
Adding Tracking Numbers:
- Once you are in the TrackFree plugin section, navigate to the “Order Details” page. Simply input the relevant tracking number associated with the shipment in the adding tracking number section.
Viewing Shipment Details:
- After adding the tracking number, you can easily view all shipment details, including real-time tracking information.

The Shipment status shows only for the delivered item and, for the rest, we show an info icon to look up the latest detail in the modal window ( as per woo-commerce performance best practice).

The problem is updating the status – “Contactless Signature = Delivered” this is a new status message from Fastway and not picked by our service, and we are updating our logic to reflect this. Also in touch and working with Fastway for a reliable, timely response.
There is no action needed from your end, and I have updated the ticket status as – Open. I will close the ticket after resolving it.

Thanks for reaching out. We looked into it, and there has been a slight response delay from Fastway (we are working on getting a speedier response time from the carrier). This issue seems to be occasional as we did a quick check with your account. We noticed that you had added Fastway tracking codes and response call-back were on time with carrier servers for the last few months.

Thanks for reporting. I will have to answer this in 2 parts –
- Our plugin-related files only load during active admin sessions (which is of minimal size). While accessing the storefront, plugin-related files are not loaded and will not impact or increase customer-facing page loading time.
When you run the Google page speed test – it scans the whole website, including all plugins. It does not determine if a plugin file is loaded while accessing the admin panel vs. storefront.

@ Regarding optimization opportunity – We are using
jQuery library (best suited for WordPress) and found out, we can instead use the WordPress default Js, which certainly will remove the unnecessary Js request and further reduce our plugin file size overall.
