Excuse for no posting updates. In touch with the agency that builds my site, thei confirmed that te problem is Oxygen. And we are in negociations to migrate to Bricks.

but at the moment, I have an other possibility.

The agency that builds my site used Oxygen to make the template. These plugin is out of the date, and I can’t update it.

Some WordPress logs, sayst that this plugins is using deprecated php code.

Pobable I will have to rebuid the template,
