In reply to: [One Click SSL] PHP fatal error and stops Beaver Builder modulesHi Karen,
We tested it on one of our websites that has Beaver Builder (the paid one) and it worked fine with One Click SSL active. Did you try disabling other plugins as well while keeping BB and ours active to test? We would like you to do so first. Then, proceed below.
Another potential situation. It could be a mixed content issue which would need to be addressed and fixed. Is it happening on all pages on your website or on one page only? If it’s on every page, can you share your browser console log with us?
Or, an assumption, there are leftover tables in your database or code somewhere from previous SSL plugins that is interfering. Did you deactivate their SSL status before deactivating those plugins? Try to see if there’s a setting in those plugins that can fully uninstall that plugin and delete its data upon deactivation.

In reply to: [One Click SSL] Resource errors (CSS, JS, images, fonts and so on.)Thanks for reporting this! We have a fix available and we would need you to test it out first. I’m afraid we can’t post links here to third party external sites due to the strict limitations by the team here. Could you submit a ticket on our site? We’ll send it there. https://tribulant.com/support/
We’ll come back here and notify everyone if our latest version works.

In reply to: [One Click SSL] Best way to activate if another SSL plugin already in use?Hi and thanks for your question :).
We also saw how they’re changing their plugin. While it’s a nice thing to have lots of features in one plugin, I can see that it’s not convenient when the original plugin was different and has been modified to be another type of plugin. It’s not what users were expecting. Some like it, some don’t.
I believe you can deactivate their plugin safely. The worst that would happen is you getting signed out of your website. You can log back in if that happens. Then, enable our plugin, try the Check SSL Support again, and proceed with the rest.
Let me know how it goes!

In reply to: [Newsletters] This plugin overrides my theme’s basic CSSThanks for your comment and I’m happy to hear you figured out what caused this. I assure you that our plugin is being maintained. You can look at our changelog on our website to see the number of updates we launch per year: https://tribulant.com/docs/wordpress-mailing-list-plugin/31/#doc6 (see Release Notes).
I can see your frustration with how confusing that setting is. I do agree with you. It’s from the past and it’s necessary to have it, as you now know. I’ll add a note so that we can work on this and see how we can clarify that whole section. We don’t know for when or which version, but I have added it now to our list.
It should only affect the CSS and such of your page and not break a part of our Newsletter plugin. You can still edit the CSS on your own.
For most themes, it works without configuring that part when you first install our plugin. But, since there are dozens of thousands of themes, and we can’t support them all, we offer a few settings to help with this.
