We’d like to understand what exactly happened so we can reproduce the issue and make sure it doesn’t occur again. Could you please help us with the following details?
- Browser and version (e.g., Chrome 139, Firefox 130, etc.)
- Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux)
- A screenshot or short screen recording showing what happens when you click the “Register” button
- Any error messages appearing in the browser’s Developer Console (you can open it with
Ctrl+Shift+JorCmd+Option+J)
We’ve checked our logs and it looks like your player was successfully activated and content was generated, so the registration might have gone through despite the button not responding visually.
To continue the investigation, could you please confirm you were able to see the player appearing on your site and if everything is working as expected?

We’ve identified that the issue you encountered was related to a temporary AWS service outage that impacted our plugin’s functionality. The problem has since been resolved, and the plugin now works as expected.
That said, we’re implementing an additional fix in our next release to ensure that even in rare cases of service disruption, the plugin won’t block post saving or trigger JavaScript errors. This will make the plugin more resilient and fully compatible with the latest WordPress and PHP versions.

It’s important to note that this license does not necessarily mean that Trinity Audio will own your content permanently or will use your content in ways that are not aligned with your intentions. The license simply grants us the ability to use and distribute the audio files created from your content.
