Unfortunately, that didn’t help either. I added CSS, but it still doesn’t work. I cleared cache, tested on a few different devices, etc. Any other suggestion?

I removed the complete site and made new fresh installation and still had the same problem. I guess there must be a problem elsewhere. Is it possible that there is a problem with host or SSL certificate settings?

Yes, I setup SSL on my host. As I mentioned before, sites work without a problem on https, except that I can’t login.
I tried to replace all links in the database manually before, that didn’t help. I tried using plugin you suggested just in case, but that didn’t help either.
