Please update both plugins to the latest version. We just released an update to the PRO version.
Free : 2.7.2.3
Pro : 8.7.7

Hi ,
Thanks for reaching out.
This feature is only available in the pro version. Only using the pro version you can add multiple filters on the same page. You can not add multiple filters on the same page using free version, it will not work properly.
