You cannot use this plugin for checkout fields. This is Contact Form 7 extension. It will work with only Contact form 7 fields.
But we are in progress of PRO plugin and we will add this feature in PRO version.

I just checked your website and your dropdown is working fine.Nothing wrong with it.
But i found something wrong in your site. In the site footer, some unnecessary code is displaying.wp_deregister_script( ‘jqueryui’); wp_enqueue_script( ‘jqueryui’, ‘https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.23/jquery-ui.min.js’, ”, ”, false );

I checked that your java script file is missing some arguments.
Can you please uninstall our plugin and reinstall again!!Looking forward to check with you. Otherwise you can send me your wordpress login details to this email “[email protected]”. We will manually fix that issue without any cost.
