Hi @mi11,
Thank you for your loyalty to the plugin and for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re sorry V7 caused so much disruption — it was a significant rewrite and we underestimated how disruptive the transition would be for existing users. The migration issues that affected so many users have been resolved in version 7.1.1, and we’ve also added an option to display order data below the shipping and billing addresses, bringing the layout much closer to the familiar v6.0 style.
While we won’t be reverting to v6.0, we are fully committed to continuing to improve V7 based on the feedback we’ve received from our community. V7 lays a much stronger foundation for the features and improvements we have planned, and we’re working hard to make sure that comes through in every update.
We’d encourage you to try 7.1.1 and if anything still isn’t working as you’d expect, please open a thread in our support forum — we’re there to help.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Not as good as it once wasHi @circuitbomb,
Thank you for taking the time to share this — and for giving the new version a genuine try. That means a lot to us, and we’re sorry it hasn’t lived up to your expectations.
We hear you on the complexity. V7 introduced a lot of new capabilities, and we recognize that in doing so we might have made things harder to navigate for users who valued the simplicity of the previous version. That’s feedback we take seriously.
We’ve already made meaningful improvements in version 7.1.1, including fixing migration issues and adding an option to restore the v6.0-style invoice layout with order data displayed below the shipping and billing addresses. We’ve been actively working to bring back the ease of use the plugin was known for.
If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely love to hear which specific areas feel most frustrating to you. Your experience is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us get this right.
Thank you again for sticking with us through this transition.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Was betterHi @ipoint28 ,
We’re truly sorry for the trouble — we understand your frustration and completely respect your decision to roll back to 6.0 while things weren’t working as expected.
We want you to know that the issues introduced in 7.0 have been resolved in version 7.1.1. We’ve also listened closely to feedback from users like you and added a new option to display order data below the shipping and billing addresses, bringing the invoice layout back in line with how it looked and worked in v6.0.
We’d love for you to give v7.1.1 a try — we think it will feel much more familiar. If you run into anything at all, please let us know, and we’ll be right there to help.
Thank you for your patience and for sticking with us.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] Developer listens to usersHi @schnazalope,
Thank you for the feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration.
We identified the root cause of your experience: users who were on the default template and hadn’t modified any template settings were affected by a migration bug in 7.0 that caused their settings not to carry over correctly. This has been fixed in version 7.1.1 that we released late last week.
If you update to 7.1.1, you should no longer face this issue going forward.
Regarding positioning the shipping address for a #10 envelope window, in 7.1.1 update we have also tried to make the layout how it was earlier by adding an option in the template settings to show the order data below the shipping and billing addresses so if you have not already done it I sincerely request you to try v7.1.1 once.
If you still face this issue, I request you to share a screenshot of how it is appearing with v7.1.1 and also how it was appearing with v6.0, and we will do our best to help sort it out.
Again, we apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience.
– Team Tyche SoftwaresHi @clambton29,
Thank you for your honest feedback and for being a long-time user of our plugin — it truly means a lot to us.
We completely understand your frustration with the V7 update, and we sincerely apologize for the experience. The 7.0 release introduced some issues that fell short of the standard you — and we — expect.
The good news is that we have addressed these problems in our latest 7.1.1 update. We’d love for you to give it a try and hope it restores your confidence in the plugin. The fatal error issue on the orders page was fixed in 7.0.2 immediately, and late last week, we also released another update, v7.1.1, in which we have tried to change the layout of the Invoice, similar to how it was in the previous versions, with the option to show the order data appearing below the shipping and billing addresses. And we have also added some missing elements like shipping method, discount, etc.
If you run into any further issues or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out via our support forum — we’re here to help!
Thank you again for your patience and for taking the time to share your experience.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Declaring jQuery UI as a dependencyHello @eriksenconsulting,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I’ll be sharing this with our development team to review and address the issue regarding the jQuery UI dependency.
In the meantime, could you please let us know which specific pages you would like to exclude from loading jQuery UI? This will help us better understand your use case and possibly implement a more flexible solution in a future update.
Looking forward to your response.

In reply to: [Custom Order Numbers for WooCommerce] Changes the Visible Order number onlyHello @adaml4458,
In Custom Order Number plugin, in the Database, we do not change the original order id created by WooCommerce because that order id is used for many core functions and also by multiple plugins and themes.
So if you want to fetch the Custom Order Number instead of Order ID, you can use the below code:
$custom_order_number = $order->get_order_number(); //where $order is an order object
This will return the formatted order number generated by our plugin.
Let me know if there are any concern or if you need any further help.Forum: Reviews

Hi @logologics,
We don’t provide in-built .po and .mo translation files for any language, including Dutch. That’s why the plugin strings aren’t automatically translated when the site’s language is set to Dutch.
If some strings( like “Select the time slots” and “Clear”) are still appearing untranslated, it’s likely they were added in a recent plugin update or are part of a setting that wasn’t available when you last worked on the translation.
If you’ve translated the plugin previously, the .po and .mo files might already exist in the plugin’s language folder and cover most of the strings. You may just need to update the translation files to include any new strings.
I hope this answers your questions!Yes, in that case, you will need to manually translate the plugin strings using Loco Translate. The strings won’t appear translated on your site until they are manually added or unless you use Loco Translate’s automatic translation functionality.
Let me know if you need any further help.
Hi @logologics ,
Could you please let me know exactly how you translated those strings automatically? For example, Which translation provider (e.g., DeepL, Google, OpenAI, etc.) you used to auto-translate the strings?
If you can share a screenshot or some details of your translation setup, it would really help me figure out the root cause of why some strings didn’t translate automatically.
Looking forward to your response!
Hi @logologics,
I apologize for the delay in response. Are you using the premium version of Loco Translate or any addon to translate the strings automatically?
If yes, could you please share which addon you’re using for that?
I personally tried using this plugin: Automatic Translator Addon – https://nl.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/automatic-translator-addon-for-loco-translate/
With this, the strings (including “Select a timeslot” and “Clear”) were translated automatically.Would be happy to help further based on what you’re using!
