I have received help from your higher level of support team, but I think you need to hire someone who can understand what’s a page under a domain at the front desk to first respond to customers.
This is again show how poor support you can get from this plugin. I submitted tickets from your website but received no response, so you like people to complain your product in public!
Not only I can’t access WordPress dashboard, but I can’t access any documents on my Download page event when tested it with different browser (what my customers will see). This is not acceptable for a paid Pro plugin.
I have to delete your plugin because I even can’t access WordPress dashboard!
