Thank you!
Ok, I just saw your message while writing above… But the question is still out as to why it triggered a successful email then? My bad I deleted that order and can’t get you the full note section. But that order was no use anymore due to this, so I needed to generate a new renewal order so the user can pay and activate the subscription! I will get back to this if the same problem comes up. Also, about revoking webhooks, is it enough to switch to sandbox mode and back to Live? Won’t affect current subscriptions?
I will also Add that my setup for Payment Action is Authorize and Capture so the authorisation process shouldn’t trigger the status yet. Only after Capture, the system should get the answer via your noted webhook, and now mark the order as success or not, which is now triggering email… Hope you see where I am going with this!
Hi! Svyatoslav.
I will revoke webhooks, but I think it’s not the problem. Pay attention to note: “Subscription payment successfully initiated by Revolut. Payment request has been sent but is not yet confirmed.” The status and probably timing are what are misleading the system in this case, and that is what is causing the issue! The system should get an instant response about whether the payment is successful or not. Correct me if I am wrong!
Ok as I am dealing to sort this payment out there is more to this! Order is on hold, and there is no way to manually pay it for customer from their account, it also won’t generate retry renewal order that normally would try to take another payment after 12h if initial payment failed!
Thanks, the issue is now forwarded to Revolut directly! I will update this topic once I have more information. I am quiet confident that it is plugin related issue, not user specific. As for Support here Please make Pinned post IMPORTANT (etc…) with detailed instructions Business users do this, Revolut Pro users do this… You will save time and effort needed to manage each post with same information sending people to use Revolut chat directly! 😉 P.S. Please don’t close this topic as it is not resolved yet!
I want to add urgency to this problem!!! As more people signing up via Revolut means more problems with recurring payments not going trough so do my reputation as seller. If this can’t be addressed and fixed ASAP I will be forced to take down the Revolut integration because it is simply not ready for LIVE use.
Hi! Thanks For replay. If you refer to chat that is on business account app then I should let you know that This is Pro integration not business account integration, so there are no business account in this case involved. And to clarify even more I do not have business account whatsoever so do access to chat you reffering!

In reply to: [Revolut Gateway for WooCommerce] Error log reporting every 10minThe Revolut plugin is flooding the error log with records above. How else can I explain this? I pasted just 4 lines out of hundreds. Lock acquired for token, then saved, and it just goes over and over… Check on your side, as it is causing issues on every site I tested it on!

In reply to: [Revolut Gateway for WooCommerce] Pro integration questionsHi Svyatoslav!
Thank you for this information. Good to know that country field is not required. Stripe needs this and they even took a step further and even if I haven’t enabled Country field they will display it in their card details area. I think it is somehow required for Cards especially for international buyers. If shop location is for example UK (WooCommerce Default customer location is set to Shop country/region) and someone comes from USA they want to specify upon checkout that user card is USA and not UK. I know that it is not only Stripe who needs this, other gateways as well. Hence I was asking this!
About recurring payment support it is most likely in Revolut interest to get this working. At the end of the day one of the most predictable and safest income sources. 🙂
Hope others also will benefit from this information! Thanks

In reply to: [MailerLite - WooCommerce integration] WooCommerce product integrationYou mean 500 contacts limit, not emails! 😉 This applies to all accounts, paying or not paying… It all starts with user experience these days, if support and platform fall behind, it has no future. Thanks for showing support!

In reply to: [MailerLite - WooCommerce integration] WooCommerce product integrationEach product would be a bit too much, you need to think about large stores as well, with thousands of products. In this situation, that would mean thousands of groups… You see where I am going with this.
Products and contacts are already synced if you have set to sign up contacts after successful checkout. So no imports are needed.
Wanna send email… Go to campaigns, select the group that has all WooCommerce contacts and then segment out “Who bought product X” and schedule or send that email out … Simple as that.
No imports, no extra groups are needed and a light yet powerful solution to the Mailerlite platform.
P.S. Mailerlite team, I am willing to dedicate my time and get on a Zoom call with someone who would be interested in discussing ideas about MailerLite platform improvements. Specifically related to WooCommerce and MailerLite workflows.
