Okay, but for some reason as i mentioned earlier we are not getting any emails post form submissions. Whereas, when we submitted our personal gmail ids we are getting all email submissions.
And our official emails are working fine otherwise.
So I am trying to get my domain whitelisted in the “Contact Form 7” app. My developers said that they cannot do this as this is controlled by the “Contact Form 7” app. So I am looking to get this issue resolved. I hope this clarifies the situation.
How to do this? I’m not sure. I couldn’t find how to reach out to support team other than this forum? Can you please guide me through this
