In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] Like and Unlike buttonsI did not resolve the issue; however, I also did not see the response from the gVector team until now. My site is restricted, so the URL will not help. Hopefully, your issue is related, and you get a response that you can share. 🙂
Customer support answered this question through email. Their help was beyond what I expected. Thank you, Captianform!!

In reply to: new user emailThank you for the quick response. Yes, I have thought about doing this manually, but I’m stuck on how to get the correct links in the messages. For example, I need each email to include that users user name (which will be their email address), a link to reset their password, and a link to the site URL. Is that something I can do? Thank you, again. Really appreciate your time.

In reply to: Emails sent after downloading users from Zendesk to WPThank you. It’s actually not a plugin, but a service that we created internally. I will check with out developer to verify whether there is code to send the email.

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] email notificationsThank you. I actually don’t want to disable. I want to ensure that emails get sent. I think you answered that for me…they will be sent unless I disable. Thanks.

In reply to: Duplicating user credentials in multiple single sitesThanks for the feedback. We ended up using the wp-oauth-server and single sign on plugins along with our own service for downloading users.
We have addressed this by using the wp-oauth-server along with the single sign on plugins.

In reply to: [WP OAuth Server (OAuth Authentication)] WordPress as Auth ServerThank you for the reply. Just yesterday our developer was able to get the WP OAuth server and Single Sign on Client configured to meet our needs. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am with the results. We have multiple clients, so we did purchase a plan yesterday, and we plan to get all clients configured today. Awesome plugin!!
For Zendesk, we used the WordPress/Zendesk integration plugin, and all is working well.
Thank you!!

In reply to: Duplicating user credentials in multiple single sitesThanks Rob. This looked promising until I got to the statement that the sites must share the same database. Each of our sites has its own database. 🙁
