In reply to: [WooCommerce] Replacing “Place Order” Button on Checkout PageHi @shameemreza
Thank you for your detailed response and guidance.
Given the complexity of my custom requirements, I will opt to use the shortcode for the checkout page instead of the checkout block.
I appreciate your support and the resources you provided. They have been very helpful in steering me in the right direction.
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to the Connect MemberPress to Discord support.
Please ensure that you give the Bot a higher priority than all other Discord roles.
Hi,
Yes, you can use a user meta key to fetch and display the Discord Name (or Discord ID) on your website. The user meta key you need is _ets_pmpro_discord_username. You can retrieve it by user ID and display it wherever you need.
If you need further assistance or examples on how to implement this, please let me know.
So for a membership level with an expiration date (NOT a recurring membership), there is no need to create a subscription for it?
For example, a level with the following expiration settings:
- Membership expiration: checked
- Expires in: 13 weeks
Yes, I tried this, leaving the column “Subscription Transaction ID” empty. The result was that an order was created and the account was created, but not a subscription.
The project was to migrate members from RCP to PMPro, so I created the equivalent memberships from RCP to PMPro. The RCP active members who had a valid Sub_XXX ID successfully received a valid subscription, but those without the Sub_XXX ID did not.
Thank you for your prompt response and helpful suggestion.
As I don’t have access to the Stripe account of the site owner, and some users have subscription IDs while others do not, I have generated random subscription IDs for those members who do not have one.
This approach allows me to create subscriptions and orders in PMPro for all members. Do you think this method will suffice, or is there a better way to handle members without existing subscription IDs?
Looking forward to your advice.
I suggest advising users to disconnect and then reconnect using the ‘Connect to Discord’ button on their profile page.
This should resolve the issue.
Hi @panostz ,
Thank you for reaching out.
We need the user’s email since we send them a WordPress notification.
Therefore, you should inform your users that an email is required for Discord login to complete successfully. You can suggest to your users: “Please add your email to your Discord account in order to proceed.”
I am reaching out to inform you that I will be closing this topic now due to inactivity.

In reply to: [Product Questions & Answers for WooCommerce] Crippled Site version 1.2.6I have thoroughly tested all the features of the plugin and everything is functioning as expected. Additionally, I have updated WooCommerce to version 8.9.2 and verified compatibility, ensuring no errors or issues are present.
It would be helpful if you could try the following steps to further troubleshoot the issue:
- Clear your site cache: Sometimes, caching can cause unexpected behavior.
- Check for theme conflicts: Switch to a default theme and check if the issue persists.
Please provide any error messages or logs that might help us identify the root cause.
Additionally, let us know if there are any specific steps to replicate the issue on our end.
