Subsequent to the update of WP/Woo which I was notified about and installed this morning, I cannot currently import multiple variants of products as I did before. I am waiting for a response from SM but it would appear that the changes of Woo/WP instigated the problem not SM. Everything was fine before the updtaes….

Many thanks for your input and yes, it was that page.
when I imported from Shopmaster say a product with 10 different colors, all variations used to sync across and would list automatically. That is no longer happening. I get a single product with no color varaiations and have to manually create each one. Some of the products have 15-20 varaiations or more. I guess that as it used to work with shopmaster something has changed with the latest update which is preventing it.
