have resolved it now it was a Ajax setting in there addon
i have had to select yes to Remove all the custom WooCommerce features added for OceanWP and now it works but have lost alot of custamisation
if you select add to cart it works fine but if you select an option it adds two
if i select yes on Remove all the custom WooCommerce features added for OceanWP
it works fine but loose your style
