download the plugin from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-rollback/

then go to your plugin’s page, scroll until you see Yoast Seo and just click rollback, pick version 2.3.5, hit save and you are good to go.

Use WP rollback to go back to an older version until they get things sorted.

the problem is all the same… Mashsharer is adding shares for no reason, and it’s not the w3 cache plugin.

Something is wrong with your plugin and it happened after that last update.

Nothing is soled, the plugin still adds shares due to an unknown reason… and I have to clear the database cache (via your plugin) all the time to turn them back to normal.

But when I clear the cache all the shares get messed up before they go back to normal.

Hi there Rene,

no probs, will just delete the cache until you get it done.

I’m using W3 Total cache and have no idea why it does that. I’ve been using the plugin for a few months now and it used to work just perfect before… i haven’t changed anything either.

It just started adding the shares after the last update for no reason, but I know you are busy, I’ll just keep deleting the cache for now.

I was just about to start another thread about this…

I have to constantly delete the DB cache for the plugin to work properly, but when I do it messes up all share counts on all posts.

I hope you have a fix for that as soon as possible

Deleting the database cache fixed it.

It’s all fine now.

I’ll wait then… this is not a request, the plugin should be able to share the seo title or it’s not that usable.

You don’t need to know what the other tools do, just make the plugin pull the Yoast SEO title instead of the real title if it can be done.

the other plugins create SEO titles the same way

most people use wp seo by Yoast (I do too), you might want to consider pulling its SEO title
