Perhaps changing here https://jetpack.com/support/markdown/
“go to Settings => Markdown”
into
“go to Jetpack => Settings => Markdown”

would lead to less confusion.

Hey Jeremy,

Thanks, it worked once I activated it from Jetpack settings! I still don’t see the option in Settings => Writing (outside of Jetpack settings). What matters is that it works now.

I’m fairly tech-savy. If needed, I can try to fetch the logs from the server. (Just point me where they are usually located)

I’m on my phone now, but the contents are the same on desktop.
