I got that far making a Multisite on GoDaddy. Its just not working how I want to lol, but I realized there’s a reason for this.

I can make custom folders via FTP- however where is what eludes me. So if thats what you mean then yes, I am not experienced enough 🙂 But I think I will stay away from that idea anyway.

I mainly make things look pretty and function on the surface, I’ve only dabbled in more simple server type things. But for the time being I’m the only person my boss has for this :/

I looked at it today and you’re right- Multisite is not how I want to go 🙂 And separate sites are what we need. So thank you for your input and time! I now know what direction I need to go in 🙂

I am using GoDaddy and support actually came through!

“I have created a .user.ini file with the following code which was outlined in the URL you provided: max_input_vars = 2000 suhosin.post.max_array_index_length = 256 suhosin.post.max_totalname_length = 65535 suhosin.post.max_vars = 1024 suhosin.request.max_array_index_length = 256 suhosin.request.max_totalname_length = 65535 suhosin.request.max_vars = 1024 If you wish to make changes to these values you will need to just access the .user.ini file which is located in the /public_html directory of your hosting account.”

and that fixed it! I always have a horrible time editing internal files (I’ve spent so many hours fixing them) so maybe its a good quick fix for someone else too.

    I fixed it :3

It wasn’t the localhost issue, I already put the correct info there. I did have issue with the database name for wp, I put victorianwinter.com instead of just victorianwinter 🙂 thank you though!
