If you are having issues receiving emails, it might be due to a problem with your server host. Since VForm sends emails using PHP, your server must support or provide PHP email functionality for emails to be sent successfully.
However, don’t worry! You can also configure your own SMTP or test your email setup using the WP Mail SMTP plugin by WPForms: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
First, ensure you receive a successful test email from this plugin. Then, check VForm again—it should send emails without any issues.
