I could not see where I could hide the price.
Below is the mail template for the admin and for the customer.
Maybe this is inside the booking ticket of each event, that I need to change something to hide the price. At this time I wrote $0 for the price.

——————————-As soon as I will get a next broking link, I will sent it to you.
This happens from time to time, so I have to wait until next time its turns up.Thanks.
Because, customers pay directly in the shop, we do not need to display the price inside the mail. At this time it shows:
————————————–
Quantity: 1
Price: ¥0.00
=======================================
Sub Total : ¥0.00
Total Price : ¥0.00
Do you know how to hide this part.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Ticket endsI use the Booking Cut-Off Date setting and put no date/time; So the event creates the ending date at the date/time of the event.
I would like to understand the corresponding MySQL table for the ending booking time of an event.
If it is in the table
wp_em_tickets
The field
ticket_end
is NULLForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Ticket endsDear Angelo-nwl,
EM Version 5.7.3
So this mail was created by the person in charge of the WP backend by clicking on the reject link on the right side of the event. That’s all. Thanks for your help one more time.
Version 5.7.3
I modified the wp_em_tickets and now everything is fine.
Thanks
It is a mail the client and the admin received:
Mail subject: Booking Rejected
Mail Body: The following booking is rejected : etc…I was thinking that you can received this kind of mail only when the admin clicks on the REJECT button in the backend booking section.
If I am right, the manager made a mistake and has rejected the booking by clicking on reject.
It was by mail.
The client received a mail and also the admin received the same mail:
“the course was rejected”What I try to find is the name of the field in wp_em_events table where I can mofify the booking period
Events Manager Version 5.7.
This happens when I modify the recurring events’s ticket, end booking date.
Some of the single events, created by recurring event maybe 5% have a wrong date 1969.Thank Caimin_nwl
Events Settings Emails Booking Email Templates
Email events adminI added 2 email here separated by comma and now everything is fine.
If this option is not checked the mails are send to WP admin.
I still do not catch the 2 others options
1- Events Settings Emails Email Settings Notification sender address
/* Insert the address of the notification sender. */
The mail address here received nothing
2- Events Settings Emails Event Submission Templates Event Admin Emails Administrator Email
/* Event submission notifications will be sent to emails added here.*/
The mail address here received nothing
Thank you for your helpThe booking confirmation are sent to the WordPress ADMIN.
For me, the setting is not working in:
Events Settings Mail Event Admin Emails Administrator Email
/* I put down only 1 email here, to be sure.*/
Bellow is this message: ” An email will be sent to your administrator emails when an event is submitted and pending approval…”Can you tell me what I need to do. I will like not the WordPress Admin to receive the booking emails. It will be nice if the Event Email Administrator receive the booking emails.
I am sure I done something wrong, but where.
Thank you for your useful supportNearly same way for me but only mails separated by coma in the second case.
