When I tried to create new post in dashboard, keeping Classic Editor plugin deactivated, I got this error, in error_log file.

I checked everything as per your directions.

Just saved permalink structure without changing anything.
Checked site health. Its good. Only it is suggesting to remove inactive plugins.
I removed three of them, but cannot remove under construction plugin, as we may require at any time, if we have to do major updates – because it is a very large university level website. However, this plugin is right now inactive.
WP installation, its plugins, and themes are up to date.
Also I observed one thing. On the left side, the menu “Dashboard” is not visible. Please check this screenshot.
Also after logged in condition, if I type https://rltsc.edu.in/wp-admin/ in browser and hit enter, I see this. But I am the root user with Administrator level privileges.
Now as per your directions started the debug mode.

Hope this will solve the problem. However, I have not seen the wp_debug file yet after doing some activity on my dashboard.

I observed following things on my website –

When I activated the Classic Editor plugin Version 1.6.7, then I can easily create new posts.
Then I write the post content and then publish it.
When I reopen that published post, it can be edited in Gutenberg environment, if the classic editor plugin it deactivated.
But if I create new post with classic editor plugin activated and save it in draft mode, then deactivate that plugin, I cannot open the draft of the post in Gutenberg environment.

Kindly help to solve this problem.

Yes sir!

I already tried restoring the previous backup. But I had not published any posts since last 2 months.

But took backups. Today when I wanted to publish one post, I cam across this problem

When I noticed this problem, I quickly took the backup.

And now waiting for some effective solution. Please help.

Thanks for prompt and quick reply. Actually I have given file names with numbering like this –

1 Paper – Dr. Chandrawanshi (2023-24) (209 KB)
2 Paper – Dr. Deohate (2023-24) (246 KB)
3 Paper – Dr. Nagrale (2023-24) (10 MB)

But when I added the files, they were arranged as per the file size, by default.

I know there are two sorting methods given in your plugin and they are quite helpful.

But numbering sequence is very important.

I am a professor and maintain the website at above link. So when I have to add number of such pdf files given on above link, it becomes a very tedious task.

So I request you to give some short code or something, which will provide different sorting methods.
