When doing a manual backup, please ensure that you have the option to “Send this backup to remote storage is checked and that your remote storage is selected: https://snipboard.io/cmxCpM.jpg

I am afraid you can’t. Kinsta would only allow us to be used on their hosting if we limited the number of backups. We don’t like this but it’s Kinsta that insist on it. We are not allowed to give you any workaround otherwise we will be banned completely again.

In settings >> show expert settings can you change the value next to “split archives every” from the default 400 MB to 100 MB and run another backup?

Can you post your backup log from the backup/restore tab using a tool such as pastebin.com?
